Huge news

This is such huge news for Dyche and Toffees faithful as they’ve managed to tie down arguably their biggest star amidst all the mess and uncertainty currently surrounding the club.

The Toffees were expecting to field a huge number of calls this summer with many of Europe’s top clubs all searching for goalkeeping number ones.

Everton

With the 50-time England international with just 18 months left to run on his deal, a departure could have well been on the cards.

The 28-year-old has been a pivotal and consistent component for both club and country over the last few years, and it will have been incredibly difficult for the Toffees to replace his untold quality.

Dyche can now go about his job rest assured that he and the club have managed to tie down arguably their biggest star – it’s a huge step forward.
