Everton transfer news as Noa Lang ‘sweary rant’ could leave door open for move
Club Brugge maestro and rumoured Everton target Noa Lang went on a “sweary rant” after the Belgian outfit’s 2-2 draw with local rivals Cercle Brugge on 19 February.
Lang was videoed after the game on Twitter dropping an explosive rant aimed at Scott Parker and his club for their poor run of form under English boss.
Calciomercato reported on 14 February that the Toffees were eyeing up a summer move for Lang, something which could become a reality after these events.
“Netherlands international Noa Lang launched into a sweary rant on Sunday after Club Brugge’s 2-2 draw with local rivals Cercle Brugge,” as quoted by Mail Sport. (20 February)
“It came as he followed manager Scott Parker down the tunnel after the game, with pressure mounting on the former Bournemouth and Fulham boss after winning just one of his nine games as manager.”

Door wide open.
Lang is a classy operator, to say the least, and rather than being turned off by his expletive rant it highlights that he is a winner and wants to achieve this at all costs.
Having characters like this in the Toffees setup is needed and the silky winger would by no means be able to get away with antics like this under Sean Dyche anyway.
Everton must invest in lethal attacking threats to deploy into Dyche’s ranks this summer and if Premier League survival is secured they don’t come much better than Lang.
He has multiple years of experience in the UEFA Champions League and even earned himself a call-up to the Dutch national side for the FIFA World Cup.
The winger is definitely a class above the standards at Club Brugge and it’s about time he tested himself in the most competitive league in Europe.
Everton would be foolish not to take advantage of this clear sticky situation Lang is in and it could even provide the club with a potential cut-price deal.
