Paul Merson gobsmacked as Jeff Stelling shares Everton information live on Sky Sports – ‘Oh my god’
Everton versus Nottingham Forest on Sunday is a “must-win game” for the Blues, according to Paul Merson.
Sean Dyche’s side travel to the City Ground on 5 March in a bid to lift themselves out of the Premier League’s relegation zone.
However, Forest’s home record is strong and, as pointed out by Jeff Stelling on Sky Sports news, the Toffees have an extremely tough run of fixtures on the horizon.

“By the way, after this for Everton, they play consecutively: Brentford, Chelsea, Spurs, Manchester United, Fulham,” said Stelling on Sky Sports News (1:25pm, 4 March).
Merson replied: “What?”
Stelling repeated himself and Merson added: “Oh my god. This is a must-win game.”
Stelling agreed, saying it’s a “big game” for the Blues.

Make or break
Everton’s season could be decided by these upcoming fixtures.
While going to Forest isn’t easy, it’s definitely the easiest fixture the Toffees have to play in that list.
Steve Cooper’s done a great job at the City Ground but their 4-0 defeat to West Ham last week shows there are still issues in the East Midlands that can be exploited.
Everton do have the players who can exploit those weaknesses – but the issue is they’re not fit.
Mainly, we’re talking about Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
While Calvert-Lewin’s fitness is the only thing in the UK more unreliable than the train services, he’s a striker who’d no doubt fit in with Dyche’s system.
We saw against Aston Villa last week that we can get a lot of crosses into the box but there’s just no one to meet them.
Neal Maupay isn’t that kind of striker but remember the partnership struck up by Calvert-Lewin and Lucas Digne many moons ago?
If Everton can get good-quality balls into the box, Calvert-Lewin can convert them.
We need him badly.
