Everton liaise with police after Bill Kenrwright photo vandalism ahead of Brentford clash

Everton are reportedly working with the police as three individuals were seen removing Bill Kenwright’s picture on Friday night, 10 March.

Ahead of the game against Brentford, they were captured on CCTV and now it remains to be seen what happens with them.

Sky Sports journalist Alan Myers took to Twitter to explain the situation as there’s pressure on the chairman to resign from his role at Goodison Park.

Myers wrote, “Everton are liaising with Police over the removal of a photograph of Chairman Bill Kenwright from the ‘Goodison timeline’ at the stadium, three individuals were seen on CCTV removing the photograph overnight, it comes as pressure mounts from fans for the EFC chairman to resign.”

Got to go

We do not support vandalism and the people who have done that must be held to account and dealt with.

However, this is what happens when the fans are desperate and furious as they stop at nothing in order to get their message across.

Kenwright has been at the club for years but nothing seems to have changed and it’s time he’s shown the door and someone with fresh ideas is brought in.

Everton

All these current board members are extremely cosy with Farhad Moshiri and that’s why they’re constants at the club and nobody wants anything to change.

Hopefully, the takeover goes through soon and the new owners boot out all the incompetent Everton board members.

This is a team that’s got sky-high potential and with the new stadium, there’s plenty to build on, but that seems unlikely as things stand.
