Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite will burn all bridges with fans if he seals Liverpool transfer
Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite will be extremely unpopular at Goodison Park if he does end up joining Liverpool amid transfer links.
The English defender has been impressing on loan at PSV Eindhoven and his future at his parent club is far from certain.
According to the Daily Mirror [17 March], he is subject to transfer interest from not just Liverpool but also Manchester United.

In an interview with that publication, he revealed that he can’t help but take notice of all the speculation that’s being written about him.
Rather than flat-out denying any links and saying that he wants to be at Goodison Park next season, the 20-year-old has left his future up in the air.
“I think when all of those clubs are interested and watching your games, it’s gonna be one of them where you take notice.
“But for me it’s just about playing the games. The first half of the season, I wasn’t playing as many as I wanted, but now I’m just fully focused on doing that and performing the best I can.”

PSV are currently third in the league and will mostly offer him European football if he does end up signing permanently.
If Everton get relegated, he’s going to push for a transfer and if he does move to Anfield, he’s in for a tough reception when he does return to Goodison Park as a player.
Any player on this team would straight up deny any links to their arch rivals and Branthwaite, surprisingly is staying coy, despite being discovered by the Toffees as a 17-year-old.
