Super Computer shares new Everton Premier League relegation prediction after West Ham United lose to Newcastle
Everton are predicted to be relegated from the Premier League at the end of the season, even after West Ham’s damaging defeat to Newcastle on Wednesday night [5 April].
David Moyes’ men were completely outclassed at the London Stadium on Wednesday night (5 April) but FiveThirtyEight’s supercomputer still predicts the Irons will avoid relegation while the Toffees could drop down to the Championship even after their draw with Tottenham on Monday [3 April].
The Toffees sit in 18th on 36 points and FiveThirtyEight’s Super Computer sees them relegated come May.

As it stands, the Hammers are 15th but level on points with Bournemouth in the drop zone in 18th.
West Ham’s goal difference took a battering at the hands of Eddie Howe’s Magpies on Wednesday, despite it bettering their rivals at the bottom.
FiveThirtyEight’s algorithm believes the two favourites to go down along with Everton are Southampton and Bournemouth.
Strange
It seems pretty strange that FiveThirtyEight’s algorithm predicts the Toffees to go down after their recent upturn in form under Sean Dyche and West Ham’s sorry defeat on Wednesday night.
However, Everton do face some pretty difficult fixtures with the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City and Newcastle United to come in the coming weeks which could well be factored into the Super Computer’s thinking.

Those are some pretty daunting tests to come but the Toffees home form could do them some tremendous favour in beating the odds.
Everton have won three out of their five Goodison games under the former Burnley boss, drawing and losing the other which could well be their saving grace come May.
But, it’s their dreadful away form that is letting them down and with Manchester United to come on Saturday, Everton can’t afford any battering defeats like West Ham suffered in midweek. Another huge test of Everton’s mettle under Dyche once again.
