Richard Keys delivers Everton-Liverpool Premier League bias after recent Manchester City clash
Richard Keys believes that Liverpool are given less harsh fines compared to Everton after seeing what happened in their recent 4-1 loss v Manchester City.
There was an altercation in that game and the Reds have still not been fined – which is something that the Premier League and FA do due to failure to control players.
However, when something similar happened against Everton, fines were issued and the Toffees were asked to pay £15,000 more than their arch rivals.

Keys wrote in his blog, “I promised Liverpool I would point out an inaccuracy in the blog last week. They haven’t yet been fined for failing to control their players following the 4-1 defeat to Man City and they were only hit with a fine of £25,000 for the same offence v Everton – £15,000 less than the Toffees.”
Shocking
This clearly reeks of a bias towards the “big six” and it’s not acceptable that Everton have to pay more than Liverpool for the same incident.
Clearly, both sides should equally split the damages as both of them are equally responsible for it but apparently, the authorities do not see it that way.
It’s baffling how they’re yet to be fined for the City game as it was a similar offence and they cannot get away with it just like that.

Keys is spot on there and someone needs to come out and justify their actions because as of now, it’s not making sense at all.
Everton fans though will not be wasting too much time thinking about it as they will still be reeling from that disappointing loss to Fulham.
Tim Sherwood has also delivered his relegation assessment after watching the Toffees falter at Goodison Park and these are worrying times for the fans.
