Everton will have to defy the odds v Crystal Palace after damning Sky Sports footage emerges
Sean Dyche will have to defy the odds if his Everton side are to claim a victory against Crystal Palace in the Premier League this weekend.
The Toffees travel to Selhurst Park on Saturday (22 April) after back-to-back defeats to Manchester United and Fulham in the Premier League.
Dyche’s side currently sit precariously above the relegation zone via a superior goal difference than Nottingham Forest and will look to stretch this gap even further with a victory against Roy Hodgson’s side.

However, the uphill task that awaits Dyche and his team was magnified by Sky Sports on Thursday (20 April) in a graphic that displayed their barren away record this year.
As shared by Football Daily, the footage showed Everton’s unwanted record away from Goodison Park this season which reads at just one win from 15 games.
The Toffees have managed to draw six matches but have fallen to defeat on eight separate occasions.
What is even more worrying is the number of goals they have shipped on the road, conceding 26 times from the 15 away matches, and managing to score just ten themselves.
The impact of Goodison Park on the Toffees has become a renowned factor in the Premier League over the past few seasons, but Dyche will have to overturn his side’s form away from their fortress if they wish to avoid the drop.

Everton can’t simply rely on their home form to see them over the line this season, with trips to Palace, Leicester City, Brighton and Wolves awaiting in the club’s last seven games of this campaign.
The major problem, though, is that of the Merseyside clubs’ three remaining home games, two come against top-four opposition, in Manchester City and Newcastle.
If Dyche and Everton want to remain in the Premier League this season, they simply must resurrect their dire away form.
