Sky Sports expert makes bold prediction for Everton v Manchester City Premier League clash
Everton will narrowly lose 1-0 to Manchester City in their Premier League clash on Sunday (14 May), according to Sky Sports expert Lewis Jones.
The Toffees welcome the league leaders to Goodison Park, with the former in desperate need of points in order to push away from the relegation zone.
But the visitors will also be eager to secure three points in a bid to extend their lead at the top of the table.

“Is this the moment the title takes a twist?” Jones wrote for Sky Sports. “Ultimately it’s hard to see Pep Guardiola’s machine malfunctioning under pressure from the Goodison Park crowd. Been there, done it.
“Guardiola has won 14 of 15 games in management against Sean Dyche, which says to me his style of football finds a way to break the famous Dyche block.
“With Real Madrid on the horizon and the big games ramping up, a one-goal margin of victory will do just fine for Guardiola. Score prediction: 0-1.”

Huge clash for both
It’s a massive clash for both clubs, with pressure on their shoulders for two very different reasons.
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola will be keen to push further away from close rivals Arsenal with a victory, with three points the only thing on his mind given Everton’s struggles this season.
But the Toffees go into the game on the back of that stunning 5-1 victory against Brighton on Monday (8 May), with a similar performance needed at Goodison if they are to gain anything against the Manchester outfit.
As well as the thumping of the Seagulls, the home side can take confidence from the fact that Guardiola will most certainly rest some key players ahead of their match with Real Madrid on Wednesday (17 May), although such rotation rarely involves the starting XI becoming any weaker.
Manchester City have one of the best squads in world football, meaning Everton fans will need to be in full voice in order to create a formidable atmosphere at Goodison.
