Jeff Stelling shares instant reaction to last-gasp Everton draw v Wolves live on Sky Sports
Jeff Stelling has shared his instant reaction to the last-gasp 1-1 draw between Everton and Wolves at the Molineux Stadium on Saturday (20 May).
Despite falling behind to Hwang Hee-chan’s strike after 30 minutes and never posing any significant threat in the final third, Yerry Mina popped up with a dramatic 98th-minute equaliser to send the Toffees home with a crucial point.
Speaking live on Sky Sports Soccer Saturday (20 May), and as shared by Football Daily on Twitter, Stelling was left astonished by the late drama that unfolded.

“No wonder Sean Dyche was checking his watch there before Yerry Mina managed to force the ball home after an almighty scramble,” he said.
“It’s an almighty point for Everton.
“They move up to 33 points. They are two points ahead of Leeds, three points ahead of Leicester. It’s over to them now.
“The final home game of the season for Everton, home to Bournemouth.”
Never give up
Despite largely being outplayed by Wolves and never really posing a threat in the final third, the score line after the final whistle will be all that Dyche cares about.
It doesn’t always have to be pretty, but picking up points of this nature is the blueprint for any side that wishes to stave off relegation at this stage of the season.
If ever a performance could have summer up Dyche’s managerial career, this was it. Full of heart and desire and displaying a never-give-up attitude that could quite easily have crept in after the first-half setback.
The bar has now been set to Leeds United and Leicester City ahead of their matches over the next couple of days, and it will be interesting to see if either side has the character to react in a positive manner.
Either way, it is going down to the last day of the season and the showdown against Bournemouth at Goodison Park.
