Everton midfielder Jean-Philippe Gbamin fed up with Goodison Park as update emerges on future
Everton midfielder Jean-Philippe Gbamin is reportedly fed up with life at Goodison Park after failing to cut it in the Premier League.
According to German publication Bild on 16 June, he wants a return to the Bundesliga with an exit this summer very much likely.
The 27-year-old moved to Everton for £25million in 2019 [BBC] but injuries prevented him from ever making a mark in the first team.

Pointless deal
Everyone at Goodison Park would be happy to show Gbamin the exit door as he failed to fight through his injuries and battle for a first-team berth.
After moving to Trabzonspor on loan this past season, he appeared to be perfectly all right – making 19 league appearances for them.
To put that into perspective, he’s not even played as many games for Everton in all competitions since his move to Goodison Park.

The Ivory Coast midfielder certainly did not like his time in the United Kingdom and it remains to be seen how much they can get for his exit.
His agent has already been extremely vocal about his plans to leave the Toffees and the club are very likely to make a massive loss once they sell him this summer.
Hopefully, this deal has been an eye-opener for everyone at the club so that such transfers do not happen again.
