Sean Dyche has no money to spend at Everton right now – Chris McKenna
Everton have a current transfer budget of zero with Sean Dyche desperately needing to revamp his squad, according to The Mirror.
Chris McKenna wrote on page 63 of the newspaper (23 June) that Dyche’s budget is being restricted by the chaos going on off the pitch at Goodison Park.
11 days ago the club announced that Bill Kenwright’s future would be revealed within 48 hours however unlike CEO Denise Barrett-Baxendale, chief finance officer Grant Ingles and non-executive director Graeme Sharp, Kenwright has not left the club with his future still unclear.

No new investment has been announced while Farhad Moshiri awaits a potential influx of cash from New-York based MSP Sports Capital who are set to pump money into the club in order to provide funding for the new stadium build.
However, although none of these issues have been resolved, Dyche still has to get to work next week and at the moment it looks like he will be getting to work with the exact same squad he left behind, minus a player or two here and there.
Same old
McKenna reported that Dyche is currently at Glastonbury however it is after the festival when the Everton boss will really need to face the music.

Dyche will want Glasto to last forever as he looks set to walk back into a whirlwind that he left behind. The club survived relegation, which in most cases would be a huge relief and bring optimism for the future, however, the fight continues off the pitch.
Without a transfer budget to work with and players going out but not coming in it is difficult to imagine the club will be in anything but a relegation battle next season.
The Toffees are in desperate need of a new striker and after the departures of Conor Coady and Yery Mina, could also use some new defensive options too.
But it seems as if the former Burnley manager will get none of those things right now and unfortunately for fans, all signs point toward the same old next season.
