Everton outcast Dele Alli told to leave Goodison Park as ‘no-nonsense’ Sean Dyche verdict shared
Dele Alli should leave Everton in the current summer transfer window, according to Daily Mail journalist Luke Power.
The midfielder is back at Finch Farm for pre-season training having spent last season on loan at Turkish club Besiktas.
But the 27-year-old has now been told to move away from Goodison Park to a club where there is less pressure to succeed.

“No footballer has an obligation to live up to expectations, but one Premier League goal since March 2020 is hard to justify,” Power wrote for the Daily Mail.
“Frank Lampard couldn’t trust him due to his attitude in training and it’s a long road to winning the trust of no-nonsense Sean Dyche.
“He has hardly been linked with anybody, a real marker of his fall from grace, but Alli should leave Everton and find somewhere where the pressure and scrutiny is not as great.”

Still hope for Alli?
It really has been a disappointing fall from grace for Alli, who was once one of the hottest prospects in English football thanks to his displays for Tottenham and the Three Lions.
But his downfall shows just how quickly footballers can go from hero to zero, with Alli enduring a torrid time during his temporary spell in Turkey, with the same perhaps able to be said of his time at Goodison so far.
He was definitely under pressure to perform at Tottenham, but as a youngster he handled it very well, something he hasn’t been able to do later in his career.
There is, of course, a different kind of pressure on Merseyside, with Dyche needing leaders on and off the pitch to help the club get out of the rut they are currently in.
Hope remains that at 27 Alli can be one of those players next season, with the Toffees desperate for him to find his old self as they look to avoid a third successive Premier League relegation battle.
In other Everton news, one Premier League manager wants a phone call with Toffees outcast Alli after a “spectacular” development.
