Medical due to Everton to sign Jack Harrison from Leeds United, advanced talks underway
Jack Harrison is due to undergo his medical ahead of a proposed move from Leeds United to Everton, according to The Sunday Times.
The newspaper reported on its website on 13 August that the Toffees are at an “advanced stage” in their bid to sign the midfielder after a loan deal with an option to buy has been discussed.
The news comes as the Blues are looking to strengthen their attacking options after suffering a 1-0 defeat on the opening day of the season at home to Fulham.

Solid
The signing of Harrison would be a solid addition to the Everton squad as Sean Dyche looks to build a side capable of pushing up the Premier League table following a couple of disappointing seasons.
The defeat to Fulham on the opening day highlighted the struggles the Toffees have been facing after goals were yet again hard to come by.
The Leeds midfielder has earned some valuable Premier League experience over the past few years at Elland Road, having made 107 appearances in the top flight before his side were relegated last season.

The midfielder, who is currently sidelined through a hip injury, scored six goals and produced 10 assists in 40 games during the last year despite the Whites’ disappointing campaign.
He would add some extra quality to the Toffees squad and can play in a couple of different forward positions to provide more versatility to the side.
