Everton transfer update shared by BBC journalist amid deadline day links
Everton appear set to end their transfer window without any last-minute signings unless something comes up late on, according to Shamoon Hafez.
The BBC journalist claims that things are unlikely to change on the incomings front at Goodison Park.
The Toffees have been linked with a number of players over the past few days, but their window appears to be coming to an end without any fresh new faces on deadline day.
Via Twitter, Hafez wrote, “Barring anything late that may come up, which is highly unlikely at this stage, Everton’s incomings for this transfer window looks to be done.”
Need a fresh face in
Even if there isn’t money to sign players permanently, the Toffees must look to explore loan deals, at the very least.
Sean Dyche has wanted another wide player and he will not be happy if the club fails to get one over the line.
They let him down in the January transfer window as well and while they did make new signings this summer, there is still the need to sign another wide player.

Wilfried Gnonto looks like he’s not leaving Leeds so something else is needed for the Toffees.
There would be players in the Championship that would be desperate to leave and even though it’s last minute, a move to a Premier League side may be too hard to turn down.
It remains to be seen what happens in the next two hours.
