Everton handed fresh fitness boost ahead of Arsenal game as Jack Harrison takes part in training
Everton boss Sean Dyche has been handed a fitness boost as summer signing Jack Harrison was pictured taking part in training ahead of the visit of Arsenal.
Harrison arrived from Leeds United on a season-long loan on 14 August carrying a hip injury that has kept him out of action.
No timeframe was given for the winger’s return to action, other than it would be after the September international break.
Everton are back in Premier League action on Sunday [17 September] when Arsenal make the trip to Goodison Park.
It is not yet known if Harrison will be considered for squad selection for that match, but the 26-year-old does at least appear to be closing in on a return.
Everton posted images on their official website on Thursday [14 September] of Harrison training alongside his new team-mates.
