Sean Dyche and Kevin Thelwell sack updates emerge amid Everton-777 Partners development
777 Partners have no immediate plans to change football operations at Everton once they complete their takeover, according to the Telegraph.
The English newspaper reported on its website on Friday (15 September) that there are no plans to sack Sean Dyche or director of football Kevin Thelwell.
The manager will receive backing initially as 777 want to assure fans that they’re committed to the long-term goals.

Good news
There needs to be some stability under the new owners and they cannot come in and remove the two most important people in football operations.
Both Dyche and Thelwell are likely to start with clean slates and if results are not satisfactory, then decisions can be made over their future.
No fan believes that the club is in a mess because of the two of them and hopefully, things start improving in all aspects.

Signing new players is going to be something that’s dealt with in January but first and foremost, results need to improve.
The change of ownership won’t make much of a difference for Dyche but the uncertainty surrounding it certainly would not have helped.
777 may have their issues but Farhad Moshiri’s toxic reign did not appear to be taking the club in the right direction anyway.
