Everton predicted XI v Bournemouth: Sean Dyche to make four changes amid sack pressure

Sean Dyche will be looking for a response from his Everton players after their shameful defeat against Luton Town when they play Bournemouth on Saturday, 7 October.

There were a number of underwhelming performances and for a man who doesn’t like to tinker with teams too much, the time to do that might have arrived.

Losing to one of the weakest teams at home is unacceptable and a few more results like that will result in him losing his job.

Ashley Young started the Luton game at right-back and was highly underwhelming so a change there could be on the cards with Nathan Patterson coming in as Dyche confirmed that Seamus Coleman is still not fit enough.

Young was wayward with his crossing and lost both of his attempted dribbles – offering little to no threat down the right – something that the Scotland international will do.

Rather than a 4-4-1-1, a more orthodox 4-4-2 will be on the cards and Dyche may want to ask his players to go for the win and perhaps look to be more assertive.

Having two strikers capable of bullying players in the air and holding up play might do the trick so there’s a chance Beto comes in for Idrissa Gueye.

James Garner, who joined for £15million last summer and McNeil who was signed for £20million a couple of months before, may both make way for Arnaut Danjuma and Jack Harrison – both who are likely to offer far more of an attacking threat.

In other Everton news, a condition has now emerged on Sean Dyche being sacked amid trouble behind the scenes at Goodison Park.
