Twist emerges on potential Everton owners 777 Partners as financial struggles laid bare

A fresh financial twist has been revealed about the new potential owners of Everton 777 Partners with regard to staff payments.

According to Josimar duo Philippe Auclair and Paul Brown, 777 missed payroll to their own staff in July and failed to pay rent for their own HQ.

However, they still remain keen on acquiring the Toffees from Farhad Moshiri even though they owe a company £140 million.

Via Twitter, Josimar wrote, “Internal documents shows that 777 Partners are struggling to pay even their own staff. They are still intent on buying Everton, but how? Meet Mr King, whose company they owe at least 170 million dollars.”

Shambles

There does not seem to have been this kind of financial mismanagement for any potential new owners at the highest level of the game before.

It seems like every week there is something new that emerges about the Toffees and it’s shocking, to say the least.

Not paying rent or paying their employee salaries is a major red flag and that makes everyone question whether or not they’ll be the right owners for the club.

Moshiri was extremely unpopular but that was never because he was unwilling to shell out funds to spend and it was more of his incompetence.

777’s record at other football clubs is also nothing commendable and fans have every reason to be sceptical about their plans.

Hopefully, there is some kind of clarity that’s offered in the coming weeks because as of now they do not come across as trustworthy.
