Gabby Agbonlahor predicts Everton result v West Ham United in Premier League
Gabby Agbonlahor has predicted the clash between Everton and West Ham in the Premier League on Sunday 29 October, claiming it will be a tight battle ending in a 1-1 draw.
The former Premier League striker has suggested Sean Dyche’s team will have enough about them to cause trouble for West Ham, and that the hosts could find it to be a tough game.
Agbonlahor touched on Everton’s recent form, with the Toffees having won three and lost two of their last five games in all competitions, as they look to put a run of results together.
Agbonlahor was giving his full list of Premier League predictions via talkSPORT shared on Twitter [27 October], as he shared: “Kicking off Super Sunday, West Ham are taking on Everton.
“This is a tricky game for West Ham because Everton, you know they’ve managed to get some decent results in recent weeks, so I think this is a tricky game.
“I feel like Everton are on it, and playing on the counter-attack they can cause West Ham problems. I’m going to go with a 1-1 draw in this game.”
A rare positive prediction
It’s not often you see a positive prediction when it comes to Everton recently, particularly when travelling away from home to visit a side that have been impressive overall so far this season, but Agbonlahor has a good feeling about the Toffees.
After West Ham played in Greece on Thursday night [26 October], and suffered a 2-1 defeat against Olympiacos, Dyche’s team may be able to exploit a potential fragility in the side and benefit from having the extra rest.

David Moyes was forced to turn to key players such as Lucas Paqueta as his side quickly fell to a 2-0 deficit, which is something he would have wanted to avoid ahead of a key Premier League clash at the London Stadium.
The Hammers side was a weakened one though, and plenty of their key players will be fit and rested for the clash, but if Everton can perform how they did against Bournemouth a couple of weeks ago then they should be able to cause some problems.
