BBC presenter makes Manchester City comparison as fresh twist emerges in Everton points deduction saga
Giulia Bould points out that no Premier League side has spoken against Manchester City after Crystal Palace’s Steve Parish made public comments about Everton.
The Palace chief has called for a fair and appropriate punishment if the Toffees are found guilty of breaching the profit and sustainability rules.
Manchester City, too, have been accused of 115 counts of financial mismanagement, but nobody has spoken publically about it.
BBC presenter Bould wrote on Twitter, “Weird how rivals are allowed to have opinions so publicly on #EFC’s one charge ahead of a decision… But zero is said about Man City’s 115 charges!”
Spot on
Nothing is said about Manchester City when it’s so clear that there is corruption going on at the highest level.
That’s led them to dominate the Premier League and even win the Champions League while the Toffees are struggling each season.

Even last term, they were in a relegation battle and the same appears to be happening this year, but everyone seems to piling onto their misery.
There needs to be this consistency all across the board and unfortunately, for whatever reason, there isn’t and the Toffees are seemingly up against everyone.
Even Leeds United, Leicester and Burnley have joined hands and said that they will be suing 777 Partners if the club are found guilty. [Daily Mail]
There seems to be this endless agenda against Everton while there are so many other clubs also breaking the rules.
In other Everton news, a BBC pundit believes that a first-team player may have upset the rest of the dressing room after what he did and said recently.
