Dominic Calvert-Lewin ‘back to his best’ after ‘exquisite’ moment in Everton v West Ham United – Sky Sports journalist
Everton striker Dominic Calver-Lewin is getting “back to his best,” according to Sky Sports journalist Ben Grounds.
The Toffees ace netted his 50th Premier League as the Merseyside club defeated West Ham 1-0 on Sunday (29 October).
The three points at the London Stadium saw Everton climb to 15th place in the table, with 10 points from their 10 matches.

“Dominic Calvert-Lewin looks to be finally getting back to his best,” Grounds wrote for Sky Sports. “His 50th Premier League goal through the driving rain at West Ham was exquisite while in Jarrad Branthwaite, Everton have a hugely promising centre-back Dyche is determined not to ‘over-coach.’”

Star man
Calvert-Lewin has been one of the most unlucky footballers in recent Premier League history, with the striker constantly impacted by injuries.
But he is now a regular in Sean Dyche’s starting XI, much to the delight of the player, the manager and all Toffees fans.
Calvert-Lewin’s teammates will also be thrilled that their leading striker is firing on all cylinders, with the Everton star instrumental in the huge win against the Hammers
He took his goal expertly, with the West Ham defence and goalkeeper Alphonse Areola all unable to prevent the fantastic effort.
Scoring 50 goals in a competition as difficult as the Premier League is no mean feat, and it just proves how clinical a striker Calvert-Lewin is.
The forward will now be desperate to add to that tally this season in a bid to keep pushing his club away from the relegation zone and up into the top half of the table.
In other Everton news, Micah Richards was stunned by one Toffees player on Sky Sports at full-time against West Ham.
