Injury Expert issues Seamus Coleman update ahead of Everton v Crystal Palace clash
Injury Expert Ben Dinnery has shared a fitness update on Seamus Coleman ahead of the Everton v Crystal Palace clash on 11 November.
Dinnery, on his website Premier Injuries, reveals that the Toffees captain has a 25 per cent chance of being available for the game.
While he has returned to under-21s action, he’s unlikely to make his first-team return before the international break.

Makes sense
Common wisdom suggests that rushing a player back after such a lengthy absence could only lead to adverse effects.
We’ve seen time and again how players relapse and face another extended spell on the sidelines and that’s not what anyone would want.
Also, Coleman is now 35 and his body is not recovering as it would have a decade ago.

That also needs to be factored in when considering his return and he did not even play the full 90 minutes of the under-21s game.
Perhaps, when he does that, there is a chance he will return to the first team and he’ll be working doubly as hard during the international break
It remains to be seen whether or not Dyche decides to start him in every game once he’s fit or uses him as a rotation option.
In other Everton news, the focus will now be on strength and condition as a Toffees player is set to miss the next two games.
