Kevin Thelwell has issued a behind-the-scenes promise as Everton make Francis Okoronkwo’s contract announcement until 2026.
The Toffees announced, via their official website on 14 November, that the 19-year-old has put pen to paper after his impressive displays for the under-18s and under-21s.
Thelwell promised that the club will continue to look at how he develops at Finch Farm after impressive performances since he moved to Goodison Park in 2021.
“We’re delighted to have Francis extend his deal. He’s a very promising young player and he’s progressed well since joining the Club.
