Injury Expert shares early Manchester United team news ahead of clash v Everton

Manchester United could be without eight first-team players for their Premier League clash against Everton at Goodison Park, according to Ben Dinnery.

The injury expert shared on his website Premier Injuries (23 November) that Casemiro, Lisandro Martinez, Christian Eriksen, Tyrell Malacia, Jadon Sancho and Amad Traore are all “ruled out” of Sunday’s clash (26 November).

Rasmus Hojlund won’t be fit for the game at Goodison Park, whilst Jonny Evans and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are at 25% and are unlikely to feature at Goodison Park.

Chance

Manchester United are certainly one of the most injury-plagued sides in the division right now handing plenty of sides the chance to triumph over them and Everton would be no different.

The Red Devils have been indifferent so far this season and are suffering from a real sense of inconsistency and lack of a winning mentality and there are plenty of encouraged Everton fans along with Sean Dyche who believe a win over Erik ten Hag’s men is possible.

Everton

The Toffees, despite their points deduction debacle, are actually on a good run of form, unbeaten in their last four matches in all competitions, picking up results against incredibly tough opposition, including Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, West Ham at the London Stadium and a point against high-flying Brighton.

However, their home form is the one blot on their impressive renaissance under Dyche’s tutelage and must be corrected starting against United who actually have the best record in their last five games than anyone else despite their poor start to the season.

Manchester United will certainly be boosted by the return of Luke Shaw for Sunday’s game which hands the likes of Jack Harrison and Ashley Young, or Nathan Patterson a tough test on their hands.

That won’t bother Dyche in the slightest who will only be seeking a win to climb out of the relegation zone again.
