Roy Keane shares Everton relegation prediction live on Sky Sports after 3-0 loss v Manchester United

Roy Keane has shared a Premier League relegation prediction for Everton following their defeat to Manchester United.

The Red Devils overcame the Toffees 3-0 at Goodison Park in their Premier League clash on Sunday (26 November).

Alejandro Garnacho, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial scored the goals to condemn Sean Dyche’s side to their seventh defeat of the campaign.

“The group of players he has look a good group and Dyche will get back to the training pitch,” Keane said on Sky Sports after the defeat to Manchester United (26 November), as quoted by BBC Sport (27 November).

“They have to take their punishment and if they keep performing like they did today they will be fine. It can be done and and I think Dyche is the man to do it.”

Miserable result

Despite the recent 10-point deduction handed to Everton after the club were found guilty of breaching the Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules, there was plenty of optimism in the air at Goodison Park as Manchester United came to town.

The visitors have not been at their best this season, while they were forced to live without manager Erik ten Hag given how he was suspended for the meeting in Merseyside.

But they showed their class to ease to a 3-0 victory away from home, much to the disappointment of a defiant and angry home crowd.

The Toffees faithful constantly showed their frustration at the decision from the Premier League to punish them, but in the end they left even more frustrated as their club failed to get anything from the game.

It was a similar story once again for Dyche and his players, with the hosts having plenty of chances, but failing to be clinical in the final third and convert them.

In other Everton news, Peter Reid has shared what drove him “mad” about the 10-point deduction handed to the Toffees.
