James Garner missing as Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Seamus Coleman start – Confirmed Everton XI vs Newcastle
Sean Dyche’s confirmed Everton starting XI to face Newcastle in the Premier League has been released by the club and contains two changes.
Club captain Seamus Coleman has returned to the Toffees line up for the first time this season after a long-term injury absence in place of James Garner who is absent so Ashley Young moves into midfield.
And the prospects in front of goal have received a boost as Dominic Calvert-Lewin returns after a brief fitness issue up front in place of Beto

The 3-0 defeat at home to Manchester United may have been a disappointing night in terms of the scoreline but there was a lot to like about the performance in reaction to the 10-point deduction during the international break.
Finishing chances wasn’t one of them, but Dwight McNeil rectified that in a big way with his superb winning at Nottingham Forest at the weekend.
That win got the fightback under way and displayed all of the battling qualities that Dyche will need to coax out of his players for the rest of the season, to ensure the punishment from the authorities doesn’t derail the progress on the pitch at the club.

Young’s form has been a concern after he gave away a penalty and was lucky not to be sent off against United and appeared to be targeted by Steve Cooper at the City Ground.
His red card at Anfield undercut another decent performance against Liverpool on 21 October and didn’t display any of the veteran savvy that a 38-year-old Premier League regular should so it is a surprise that he has kept his place despite Coleman’s return.
Nathan Patterson might be wondering if there is anything he can do to get a game but with Coleman back fit at last there will be few Evertonians upset to see the Irishman back in the side.
The visit of Eddie Howe’s Magpies is another very tough task but if the players can harness the support from the stands it is certainly not beyond them to get a result.
In other Everton news, a barrister has cited an “overlooked” Toffees lifeline in the face of a “double jeopardy” punishment.
