Sky Sports pundit fumes at what Everton star James Tarkowski did v Burnley
Andy Hinchliffe was far from impressed with James Tarkowski despite Everton cruising to victory at Turf Moor against Burnley on Saturday 16 December.
The England international was caught sleeping at the end of the opening 45 minutes before Ben Godfrey prevented a certain goal with a last-ditch interception.
Thankfully, goals from Amadou Onana and Michael Keane were enough to seal all three points, with Sean Dyche leaving his old club laughing.
Speaking live on Sky Sports [16 December, 18:17], Hinchcliffe was not happy with the colossal defender after his lapse in concentration.
“It’s so poor from Tarkowski,” he said.
“He gets caught watching the ball.”

The truth is that Burnley and the other promoted sides in the Premier League are shocking, but you have to make them cave in and Everton did that perfectly.
Tarkowski has been nothing short of sensational since arriving at Goodison Park last summer, and Burnley let one of their best-ever slip through their hands, much to our delight.
It was a bargain transfer and he made sure that one slip didn’t get to his head, with the mentality of this side better than most, if not all in the division.
