Burnley launch investigation after what happened v Everton
Burnley have launched an investigation after Everton left Turf Moor with a 2-0 victory on Saturday 16 December, according to Anthony Joseph.
The Sky Sports journalist has reported that the Clarets are looking into numerous away fans who managed to get into the home section, celebrating the goals.
Goals from Amadou Onana and Michael Keane made sure that Everton continued their fine form in the Premier League and moved further away from the relegation zone.
Joseph wrote on X: “Burnley have launched an investigation after a number of away fans were able to get tickets in the home section of Turf Moor, for their 2-0 defeat against Everton on Saturday.”

Famous.
You will not find many better or more loyal fans than Everton up and down the country.
Despite everything going against the club off the pitch, things on it could not be going any at this moment in time for Sean Dyche and his squad.
A lot of that will be helped by the magnificent support that follows them away from home, and also the same fans that pack Goodison Park out every other week.
There was footage shared online of the fans being taken out of the home stand, but this happens in every single division in England every week.
Of course, this has nothing to do with Everton as a club so nothing should come of that, but Burnley certainly needs to get their club in order during this investigation.
Thankfully, Everton left with all three points on the night and can move on to the next one this week.
