Everton: Alan Myers reacts to Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium as new images drop
Alan Myers has shared “awe-inspiring” new images of the Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium development ahead of the Sky Sports feature for Everton on 15 February.
The Sky Sports journalist visited the building site to view the progress being made on the stadium, as he shared images from inside via his X account [14 February] as construction continues to take place.
Myers wrote on X: “Had the absolute pleasure of visiting here with a camera yesterday, will be a feature on SSN [Sky Sports News] tomorrow, it was awe-inspiring!”
The Toffees are planning to move into their new ground at the beginning of the 2025/26 season with over a year’s worth of progress still to be made on the stadium, and it appears finally to be taking shape.
Everton stadium plans finally taking shape
Despite all of the negativity surrounding Everton this season with points deductions and appeals the hot topic of discussion, the new stadium build remains a highlight and something Evertonians can look forward to with anticipation.
A “gold rush” has reportedly taken place with restaurants scrambling to purchase space to relocate surrounding the stadium thanks to the expected increase in visitors and potential spenders to the area as a result of the build.
Not only will the club be given a shiny new home, but potential commercial opportunities will also rise to boost the club’s income, and it has been said that as well as the hotel and restaurant planning developments, hospitality packages have already been reserved.
Meanwhile, there should be little trouble securing naming rights for the new ground with competition close in the bid to have their name on the stadium, in another commercial boost for Everton.
As seen in the images, the blue seats installed in the upper tier are finally beginning to make the building site look like the new home of Everton Football Club, with hopes high for their arrival and the benefits it will bring.
