Everton: Sean Dyche swap for David Moyes mooted at Goodison Park
Jamie O’Hara has reacted to an Everton fan suggesting that Sean Dyche is swapped for David Moyes after the 3-1 defeat to West Ham United.
With Everton on their longest winless run in decades, fans are starting to raise the pressure on Dyche, with relegation still on the mind.
Moyes is under his own pressure at the London Stadium, and all paths appeared to lead to both managers being sacked and potentially swapping roles.
Speaking live on talkSPORT following the Saturday games, O’Hara welcomed an Everton fan onto the show phone-in, who suggested the sack for Dyche.
“You get rid of Sean Dyche, who comes in?” he said [18:09].
After a swap for Moyes was suggested, O’Hara agreed fully: “You’d snap your hand off for David Moyes.”
Sean Dyche sack on the cards at Everton?
With everything going on at Goodison Park right now, there has to be some realism applied.
Everton are in a mess off the pitch with the numerous charges, points deductions and positive appeal results, and the takeover also rumbling on.
Dyche is the only one keeping the calm right now, and sacking him would only just compound the madness and it would be stupid to make that decision.

Moyes would always be welcomed back to Goodison Park, but there is simply no chance of that happening right now given the chaos unfolding.
This season just needs to end with Everton still in the Premier League and that would be a success given everything going on, forget about changing managers.
Dyche will have his side fighting, there are no doubts about that and he must be given the time and benefit of the doubt right now to turn things around again.
