Overall, Dyche will be disappointed with Godfrey’s performance, as it fell short in both defensive solidity and offensive contribution.
Considering Everton’s need for a strong defensive performance against Manchester United on 9 March, the Toffees boss may opt for alternative right-back options like Seamus Coleman or Nathan Patterson to provide stability and reliability in defence while offering a greater attacking threat down the flank.
