Richard Keys irritated by Everton and Nottingham Forest development in Premier League
Richard Keys appeared to be visibly irritated live on air at the delay over the Everton and Nottingham Forest PSR punishments.
The beIN SPORTS presenter made a point of reminding viewers the pair could yet be docked points before the Premier League season ends.
A decision is expected to be made later this month, but any appeal could then drag on until a week after the campaign concludes.
As the Premier League table flashed up on screen, Keys let out a sigh and said [3 March, 6:10pm]: “Every time I see the bottom of the table, I’ve still got to explain that Everton and Nottingham Forest are facing charges of financial irregularities.”
Everton and Nottingham Forest charged with PSR breaches
The Toffees have already had 10 points taken away from them this season, four of which have since been reinstated, so supporters are used to the uncertainty by now.
The major problem is that this case is inevitably going to drag on until after the season, so the final Premier League table will not be set in stone until later in May.

That is assuming Everton and/or Forest are hit with a points penalty, which is what the general consensus seems to be at this point.
Keys, as much as it seems to annoy him, will have to keep reminding those at home that the Premier League table does not tell the whole story right now.
All Everton can do is start getting some wins on the board to ensure any further points deduction is less of an issue than it is shaping up to be right now.
