Everton: Anthony Gordon sends message to Amadou Onana after England 2-2 draw v Belgium
Newcastle United star Anthony Gordon has sent a social media message to Everton ace Amadou Onana.
It comes after the pair faced off in an international friendly, with the former playing for England and the latter playing for Belgium.
The two nations played out a 2-2 draw at Wembley on Tuesday (26 March), with Onana playing the entire 90 minutes as Gordon appeared as a late substitute.
Taking to social media on Thursday (27 March), Onana posted on Instagram: “Unlucky at the end, but what a performance at Wembley. Proud of this team, see you all in June,” with former Goodison ace Gordon among the players replying.

It was a busy international break for midfield ace Onana, who came off the bench in the goalless draw away to Ireland before his outing at Wembley.
The Toffees man will undoubtedly be on the plane to Germany with his nation this summer, but it remains to be seen what role he will play.
Belgium will fancy their chances of going far at the major tournament having been drawn in Group E alongside Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine.
Gordon meanwhile started as the Three Lions lost 1-0 to Brazil before his substitute appearance in the second friendly at Wembley.
He has done a superb job at Newcastle this season, having initially struggled following his switch from Goodison Park.
But the winger faces an anxious wait over a potential Euro 2024 spot, with Gareth Southgate boasting a lot of talented options in that area.

England will also be confident of progressing far this summer, but must first overcome Serbia, Slovenia and Denmark in Group C.
