Everton v Nottingham Forest predicted XI: Amadou Onana and James Garner dropped
Sean Dyche could make five changes to the Everton side that lost 6-0 to Chelsea when they take on Nottingham Forest.
The Blues suffered their heaviest defeat of the season and the fans will be looking for a response at Goodison Park on Sunday, 21 April.
While the Toffees are clear of the relegation zone, defeat in this one will see Nuno Espirito Santo’s side leapfrog them into 16th place.
Sean Dyche shares Everton team news v Nottingham Forest
In his pre-match press conference, the manager confirmed that Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Jarrad Branthwaite trained lightly while Idrissa Gueye also had low-level training.
The trio are expected to pass a late fitness test, unless something major happens and should be starting for the Toffees.
Seamus Coleman, who is touch and go, given his age, even if he’s fit, would ideally be on the bench.
This could see Ben Godfrey coming in for the Republic of Ireland international.
Everton duo Amadou Onana and James Garner to be dropped
Amadou Onana who joined for £34.5million in 2022, per Guardian, and James Garner who cost the Toffees £15million in the same window, according to Sky Sports, started the game against Chelsea and got played off the park.
This could see Dyche being ruthless and putting Gueye in, who according to the manager, should be fine to take on Forest and bringing Andre Gomes back to the playing eleven.
Ashley Young started against Chelsea and his weaknesses were there for everyone to see on Monday night.
Dyche may bring in Jack Harrison who will offer more of a goal threat and also look to make things happen in the middle.

Finally, the last change will see Beto making way for Calvert-Lewin who has scored two goals recently and will be hungry to add to his tally.
In other Everton news, a senior player may never start for the club again after the Chelsea loss and is now very likely to leave in June.
