Richard Keys shares final Everton message before Arsenal showdown in Premier League

Richard Keys has fired a warning at Arsenal ahead of their final day Premier League showdown against Everton on Sunday 19 May.

The Gunners can still win the Premier League title with a victory but need Manchester City to drop points against West Ham United too.

Keys warned Mikel Arteta and his side that the Toffees will not be at The Emirates to roll over, despite securing Premier League safety weeks ago.

Speaking live on beIN Sports, as shared on X ahead of kick-off, Keys said: “Arsenal entertain Everton today, who trust me, will not be there to get rolled over.”

Everton to end Premier League title hopes at Arsenal?

It has been another year of so close, yet not close enough for Arsenal, it seems.

Looking at Everton a couple of months ago, the North London side would have been delighted to play them on the final day of the season needing a win.

Unfortunately for them, Sean Dyche has done a magnificent job at turning things around and the Toffees are a different beast, having found their touch again.

Keys is right, rolling over and letting the opposition win just isn’t in the DNA of this side and the likes of James Tarkowski and Jordan Pickford will make sure of that.

There could be big drama in North London and Manchester today, with the title race going right down to the wire, something that neutrals love to watch.

Everton fans can relax knowing that their job was successfully finished weeks ago now, something that may bring the best out of the away side.
