John Textor in Liverpool as new Everton takeover agreement update emerges
John Textor has travelled to Liverpool for further talks with Farhad Moshiri on Wednesday 21 August over an Everton takeover, according to Yahoo Sports.
The online outlet has shared that sources close to the pair anticipate that a deal could be fully agreed upon within a matter of days at Goodison Park.
Textor still needs to sell his 45 per cent shares in Crystal Palace, with three parties expressing interest so far to the American billionaire.
John Textor set for full Everton takeover agreement
Finally, it seems as though everyone is getting close to a positive outcome.
Textor is already said to have signed an initial agreement upon his exclusivity period with Moshiri [David Ornstein], with the full deal now looking close.
Loan repayments and the new stadium look to be the two main issues for Textor, and The Friedkin Group are already said to be willing to negotiate over their £200million loan [iNews].
That would be a major positive for the American, who has a lot of work to do.

Moshiri has tried and failed several times to sell the club now, with the likes of MSP Sports Captial, 777 Partners and Dan Friedkin all getting close.
This neverending saga is leaving fans and everybody surrounding the club frustrated, and there has to be an end in sight with this one.
Fingers crossed, everything can be sorted with Textor in Liverpool to iron out those details ahead of crucial Premier League tests.
