Everton have already added some firepower to their attacking ranks since the transfer window opened.

Both Beto and Dominic Calvert-Lewin failed to hit the ground running last term and managed to continue the Toffees’ poor run of luck with number nines.

It didn’t come as much of a surprise that clubs were sniffing around a move for the forward, with a potentially cheap deal on the cards due to his contract situation.

Whilst a move never came to fruition, Sean Dyche’s men were linked with a plethora of strikers with Broja being one of them.

However, if Calvin-Lewin stays at the club, there are far more pressing areas of the Everton side that Dyche could improve with the money needed to sign Broja.
