Jamie Carragher predicts Everton showdown v West Ham United for Sky Sports
Jamie Carragher has predicted that Everton and West Ham United will share the spoils when they face each other on Saturday.
Both teams will be determined to bounce back from their defeats last weekend and steer clear of the Premier League relegation zone at the London Stadium on 9 November.
Previewing the game for Sky Sports’ Super 6 (7 November), Carragher predicted a 1-1 scoreline – a result that is unlikely to see both the teams’ league positions improve.

Both Sean Dyche and Julen Lopetegui are under a significant amount of pressure ahead of Saturday’s clash.
Everton’s impending new owner Dan Friedkin has no intention of sacking Dyche for the time being (Chris Beesley), but the Toffees must claw their way up the table if the manager wants to keep his job.
Porto boss Sergio Conceicao has been mooted as a replacement for the 53-year-old (talkSPORT), meaning his job is not entirely safe despite Friedkin’s current stance.
Lopetegui, meanwhile, has struggled to make a positive impact since taking over from David Moyes at West Ham in the summer.

The Irons are placed fourteenth in the table with 11 points from 10 games, sitting just six points above the drop zone.
Therefore, there is increasing pressure on the Spanish tactician to turn things around in East London if he wants to survive the risk of being sacked.
Both teams will, hence, go into the game looking for a win as opposed to a draw.
