Everton have been offered Besiktas forward Semih Kılıcsoy in the winter transfer window, according to Chronicle Live.
The news outlet reports [27 January] that the Turkish ace’s representatives have contacted the Toffees regarding a potential move in the coming days.
As things stand, the Blues are yet to make an offer for the 19-year-old valued at around £16million by the Istanbul outfit.
Aston Villa and Arsenal are the other Premier League clubs said to have been approached.

While the Toffees are evidently in desperate need of a number nine, spending big money on an unproven youngster is arguably a gamble.
The Turkish forward is capable of playing across the frontline, making him a potentially attractive signing for the Blues.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Armando Broja and Youssef Chermiti are all currently unavailable, making life difficult for the Merseysiders as they try to avoid relegation.
Everton have several injury issues in their attack and undoubtedly need to add more depth to their ranks in the winter window.
What the Goodison Park faithful will be wary of is Kılıcsoy’s underwhelming record this season, scoring two goals and providing six assists in 29 appearances in all competitions for Besiktas.
