Beto has left Richards stunned as the Merseyside outfit beat Oliver Glasner’s side.
The former Manchester City star has been amazed by the unexpected emergence of the Guinea-Bissau striker in recent weeks following injuries to Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Armando Broja.
Beto has been a revelation at Goodison Park, with four goals in his last three Premier League games for the Toffees.

The former Udinese striker has taken the responsibility on his shoulders after several injuries in the Blues squad.
Calvert-Lewin was clearly struggling before his injury, with his inability to consistently find the back of the net a real issue at Goodison.

It wouldn’t have been surprising to see the 27-year-old leave the Blues in the winter transfer window due to his lack of minutes in the first half of the season.
If it hadn’t been for the injuries up front, the Guinea-Bissau striker may have been sold by The Friedkin Group, with offers on the table.
Beto has found a new lease of life at Goodison Park and it has come just in time as the Merseysiders now look set to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
