Everton ‘to spend money’ as warning sent after Goodison developments
Everton have been sent a warning as financial stability is expected to return to Goodison Park soon.
The Friedkin Group took over from Farhad Moshiri back in December, and they immediately helped put the Toffees on a much sounder financial footing.
David Moyes may have been unhappy at Goodison, though, after the underwhelming business at the Blues in the winter transfer window.
Carlos Alcaraz was the only signing before the 3 February deadline, and fans will evidently hope their prospects will improve next summer.

Alan Stubbs expects Everton to spend this summer as finances stabilise
Alan Stubbs expects the Merseyside outfit to reinforce their squad in the upcoming transfer window.
The ex-Toffee believes next summer will be crucial at Goodison Park, with Bramley Moore Dock helping with Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).
Stubbs envisions a bright future for the Blues but has warned the new owners not to repeat the mistakes Moshiri made during his tenure.
Speaking on BBC’s The Football News Show (18 February), the former defender said: “This summer is very important for the club. I do think they will reinforce and they will be able to spend some money. I do think Everton’s financial situation should really stabilise, and the club can really start to move forward.
“The club will get the benefit of the new revenue that the stadium will bring in 12 months later on. It should help with PSR and buying capability.
“The future is very bright for Everton, but the club have to learn from mistakes made in the past.”

TFG to bring in new era with Goodison Park farewell
Goodison will be replaced by Bramley Moore Dock next season, and Moyes was brought in to ensure the Toffees don’t get relegated.
The Scottish manager has done a brilliant job since his return to the Merseyside outfit’s dugout, as they now sit 13 points above the drop zone.
Moyes has all but assured Premier League survival for the Blues, and TFG will now be expected to plan for the future.
The Americans have experience managing a top team like Roma in Italy, leading to high expectations from supporters regarding the Toffees’ future.
Moyes arguably needed more players in the winter window, but it seemed like the Blues didn’t have the necessary funds required to buy another player.
Alcaraz has been a breath of fresh air in the Blues’ engine room in recent matches, but there are still several gaps in their squad.
Beto is the only fit natural striker at Goodison Park right now, and the Merseysiders should have definitely bolstered their attack.
Now, all eyes will be on what TFG can do regarding transfer in the coming months.
