Jesper Lindstrom may have played final Everton game in £19m+ transfer update
David Moyes is set to put his stamp on the Everton squad in the summer transfer window, under the guidance of the Friedkin Group.
Everton have had a tough couple of years, although a new era is set to get underway following TFG’s takeover earlier this season.
Moyes will not be going mad when it comes to signings and the owners will know that sustainable growth is the most important thing.
However, Moyes has plenty of decisions to make when it comes to who will be making the move to Bramley-Moore Dock with the Toffees.

Jesper Lindstrom future set out
Jesper Lindstrom has been a fairly regular part of the Everton side this term, having made 25 Premier League appearances.
However, just one goal contribution this season perhaps sums up the struggles that the Blues have faced throughout the campaign.
Appearances | Goals | Assists |
25 | 0 | 1 |
Lindstrom’s season was cut short at the end of March after he picked up a groin injury, which has kept him sidelined ever since.
It looks unlikely that the 25-year-old will play again this season, although that could mean that his time on Merseyside is over.
Italian news outlet Tutto Mercato has reported (25 April) that although Everton have an option to buy the Napoli loanee at the end of the campaign for a fee of just over £19million, the Toffees have not yet expressed a desire to do so.
The report claims that a return to Napoli for Lindstrom is quite high, but he will not be staying put there as he is not part of the project and therefore, his parent club are keen to offload him.

Everton need a refresh
Moyes has done an impressive job since his return to Goodison Park and has transformed many of the players in his squad.
However, if the Scotsman is eager to take his side further up the Premier League table next season, he will need to make additions to his team as the current quality is not high enough.
Although there must be a level of measured business rather than going crazy, this is likely to be the best transfer window that the Blues have had in some time and additions can be made to Moyes’ squad.
Lindstrom probably hasn’t done enough to convince the boss that he is someone who can be part of the new Everton era as his contributions are too low based on his level of involvement.
Given the fee Napoli would be expecting to secure his services in the summer, there is surely better business to be done on Merseyside.
