Jack Grealish Exclusive: Everton deal rated after what agent heard
Everton will be keen to target big-name signings as they move to Bramley-Moore Dock, with Jack Grealish now emerging as a possible addition.
David Moyes has guided Everton to safety in the Premier League and will be looking ahead to what is set to be a transformative summer on Merseyside.
Moyes is expected to hold talks with the Friedkin Group over potential transfers as the Toffees look to push on at Bramley-Moore Dock next season.
Therefore, it has been suggested by a reliable source that Grealish could be targeted by Everton.

Grealish an ‘interesting possibility’ for Everton
Everton would no doubt love to mark their move to Bramley-Moore Dock with a statement signing. As a result, the return of Richarlison is a potential option.
However, signing Grealish would no doubt be much more exciting, and David Ornstein has shared his thoughts on that potential move.
Jack Grealish’s honours | Year(s) |
Premier League | 2022,2023,2024 |
UEFA Champions League | 2023 |
FIFA Club World Cup | 2024 |
UEFA Super Cup | 2024 |
FA Cup | 2023 |
When asked about Grealish’s future at Manchester City, Ornstein suggested the 29-year-old could leave the Etihad Stadium on loan this summer, mooting Everton as a potential destination.
Ornstein said, via The Athletic (24 April), “Everton are an interesting possibility in my mind.
“Especially as they need players, are heading into an amazing new stadium, and that would keep him close to home in the north west.”
However, ex-Goodison scout Bryan King – speaking exclusively to Goodison News – doesn’t think Grealish will sign for the Toffees, and has suggested that the Manchester City star’s agent is simply attempting to generate interest in his client.
“No, Everton won’t sign Grealish,” King said.
“I couldn’t see Grealish becoming an Everton player. If anything, it seems to me like his agent has got a bit itchy and has maybe heard that Man City want him to move on.
“Therefore, he’s probably keen to fill the newspapers with rumours.”

Everton unlikely to sign Grealish
For all of the renewed optimism around Everton, it doesn’t change the club’s recent financial struggles.
Things might be looking up for the Toffees on the pitch. However, that doesn’t mean they suddenly have a load of cash to splash this summer. As a result, bringing in a high-earner like Grealish probably isn’t the wisest idea.
Therefore, this transfer is unlikely to come to fruition.
