TFG ‘in talks to purchase new company’ in big ramifications for Everton
Everton are set for major changes this summer, and The Friedkin Group will facilitate them ahead of an important season.
Everton will move into their new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock after leaving Goodison Park, in what will be a brand new era for the club.
David Moyes returned to Goodison this season to spark a revival in form, and for the first time in a while, Everton have a united fanbase behind the manager to lead them next season.
It will be a key summer in the transfer market, and TFG are now aiming to help Moyes with a surprise investment.

TFG to buy data company to help Everton
TFG will have a lot of work to do in the summer window to strengthen and rebuild the Everton squad, and several senior players may leave.
It has now been reported by City AM (30 April) that TFG are now in talks with a data company over an investment, which would see them assist the recruitment team at Everton.

Southamton | 18 May 2025 |
Everton recently recruited Nicky Hammond as their new director to replace Kevin Thelwell, and there will be further changes in how the club operates in recruitment.
TFG partner club AS Roma could also benefit from the data provided by the company that TFG buy, which is set to assist in preliminary recruitment work.
Moyes and Hammond, as well as Angus Kinnear, will have the final say on potential signings, but this data will be used to assist them in their searches in a major boost to the Toffees’ scouting network.

What do Everton need to do in the transfer window?
The priority for Everton may be a striker this summer, as they are already light on depth in the position, and Emanuel Emegha has been linked.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is set to depart on a free transfer, and this next signing will be an important one for Moyes.
Abdoulaye Doucoure may also depart for free, meaning that Everton will need to strengthen their midfield.
Additions will be necessary in the back line for depth, and with Everton targeting bodies in most positions, additional help in the scouting and data processes would be welcomed.
