Fulham make disrespectful Moyes mistake on official Everton document
Everton returned to winning ways on Saturday as they cruised past Fulham in a 3-1 victory at Craven Cottage.
It had been a tough run of form for David Moyes’ side. Before their match against the Cottagers, the Merseyside club had won one of their last 10 games.
This included a dreadful 2-2 draw against Ipswich Town, where Everton were slammed for their performance against the relegated side.
However, despite losing in London, the Toffees turned the result around thanks to goals from Vitalii Mykolenko, Michael Keane and Beto.
Yet, there were plenty of controversial moments throughout the match, including what Fulham labelled Moyes on the official team sheet.

Fulham mistakenly label David Moyes as ‘head coach’ on official team sheet
There were plenty of talking points from Everton’s victory. Beto’s future at Goodison Park now looks more certain after the striker bagged another goal for Moyes’ side.
On top of this, there was controversy in the final minutes of the match after a VAR check did not award Fulham a penalty.
Yet, one of the main things that caused a stir online actually came before a ball was kicked.
According to journalist Christopher Beesley (10 May), in Fulham’s official team sheet, the London club had labelled Moyes as a ‘head coach’ instead of a manager, which is his actual title.
It is simply unacceptable for a Premier League club to be making this mistake and it is highly disrespectful to Moyes.
The Scotsman has essentially been demoted in the teamsheet and this type of thing should not be happening at the top level of English football.
Everton’s victory at Fulham could be priceless
While on the face of it, the victory means little, it could end up being a priceless three points for the Toffees in both the short and long term.
Next weekend is one of the most important matches in Everton’s history as they face Southampton in their final match at Goodison Park.

Newcastle United v Everton | Sunday, 25 May |
Moyes could not afford to go into that match out of form, and the victory at Craven Cottage may well give them some vital confidence and momentum.
On top of this, Everton could not afford to end the season on a poor run of form, as this can follow into the next campaign.
