Everton ready to sell goalkeeper to Blackpool as ‘a dozen clubs watch on’
Everton will be looking to offload several players this summer.
At this time of the year, full focus is on recruitment, and Everton still have a lot of it to do before the Premier League campaign gets underway in August.
David Moyes is intent on bolstering his squad as much as possible, though he will be just as aware of the fact that several fringe players will have to be moved on to make way for those arriving.
With that in mind, the Toffees could be set to sanction the sale of one of those on the fringes of the squad, with Steve Bruce keen on a deal.

Harry Tyrer in demand as Everton price emerges
Harry Tyrer spent the previous campaign on loan at Blackpool and thrived with regular displays that have seemingly impressed Bruce and the recruitment team.
The Everton keeper could feature for the Toffees against Accrington Stanley on Tuesday (15 July), with a report shared by Alan Nixon via his Patreon (15 July) stating that a sale could occur for a fee in the region of £500,000.
Blackpool | Shots faced | Goals conceded | Saves made |
Tyrer | 141 | 42 | 97 |
Bruce is keen to bring the 23-year-old back to Bloomfield Road, though he is expected to face competition from other clubs in the English pyramid.
“A dozen clubs” are said to be keeping a close eye on the Toffees’ fixture with Stanley.

Everton could be boosted by the sale of fringe players
From a PSR perspective, Everton certainly don’t need to sell players, though if they don’t have a future on Merseyside, it only makes sense to offload them for a fee.
For those younger than Tyrer, loan exits may follow in the coming weeks. Everton still have plenty of work to do in the summer window, setting up for what could be a busy few weeks.
