According to The Independent (28 July), David Moyes is willing to build his team around Grealish.
This would mean offering the 29-year-old more freedom than he’s had at the Etihad Stadium to express himself.
Sources claim that Everton believe that they can sign Grealish ahead of Napoli despite the Italian side showing an interest.

He had a daughter with his long-term partner, Sasha Attwood, in September and is keen for stability.
