Vincent Kompany not happy as Aznou completes Everton medical before transfer
Adam Aznou is on the brink of becoming Everton’s fourth summer signing.
Aznou, 19, is now in the final stages of his move to Everton, with the young left-back struggling to get regular first-team minutes at Bayern Munich.
David Moyes has publicly stated how the Blues should’ve had more new faces through the door by now, but the signing of Aznou could be a huge first step in the right direction.
With Moyes’ side taking on West Ham in America on July 30, they will want to secure Aznou’s signature as quickly as possible so he can begin to gel with his new teammates.

Aznou medical complete as Kompany left furious
The teenager is not the only ambitious target for Everton in the window, with Douglas Luiz being a name on the radar to bolster their midfield.
A move for Aznou is far more advanced than the one for Luiz, however, with CFBayern reporting that the defender has already completed a medical, and a deal could be announced on Tuesday (29 July).
Everton will pay a permanent fee in the region of £7.8million, with a further £2.6million in add-ons.
Bayern have included matching rights in the deal for Aznou, but there is no buy-back clause, with Everton rejecting that proposal from the German giants.
Vincent Kompany was reportedly not happy with the youngster’s attitude and performance in training, as Aznou seeks a move to a club where he will play regularly.
He has lofty ambitions and wants to be a part of the Spain national team for the World Cup next year, and being the first choice at left-back under Moyes could facilitate this dream.

Fantastic business from Everton
Given the relatively low fee and the age of Aznou, there is plenty of time for the defender to grow and develop whilst playing his football at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
With the Bundesliga champions wanting to include a buy-back clause, that is evidence that they clearly rate Aznou as a prospect, and the fact Everton were able to get rid of such a clause is shrewd business from The Friedkin Group.
The only concern for supporters will be these perceived attitude issues identified by Kompany.
Hopefully, if Moyes can put an arm around the teenager and make him his main man on the left-hand side of defence, this will not be an issue for Evertonians to worry about.
