Everton can strike whopping £60m discount on next signing as bid made
Everton have had a frustrating transfer window so far, but are actively pursuing another target.
David Moyes has made his desire to strengthen the squad clear after several experienced players left, but there have been few incomings with the season just a few weeks away.
Everton have signed Thierno Barry and Adam Aznou as first-teamers, but need plenty of more additions in the coming weeks.
A bid has now been made for one attacking target, and Everton could now secure him at a much lower price than previously anticipated.

Everton to make second bid for Tyler Dibling
Everton have now had a bid for Southampton star Tyler Dibling rejected, but they are set to return with a second offer.
A bid of £27 million was knocked back for the 19-year-old, who is expected to leave the Saints after their relegation from the Premier League.
Dibling scored twice in the league last season, but emerged as a bright talent on the wings who has attracted a lot of interest.

Ben Jacobs has now reported that Southampton are holding out for a fee of over £40 million, but while this may seem steep, it is a lot less than their old asking price.
Southampton’s previous stance was that Dibling would have a price tag of around £100m, but Everton could now secure him for £60m less, in a much better-value deal.
Everton need experienced winger alongside Dibling
Although Dibling is a potentially top-class talent, it is a huge risk to rely on him as the main source of creativity or goals next season, and another option will be needed alongside him.
With other young players such as Barry and Carlos Alcaraz running the attack next season, an experienced head alongside them would be ideal for Moyes.
Jack Grealish on loan could be the solution to Everton’s age problem if they sign Dibling, and the pair could play together in a new-look attack for the Toffees.
Everton now appear determined to sign Dibling, with Southampton’s stance clearly encouraging them to bid again rather than backing out, and they will hope that the teenager can potentially explode in front of goal in the coming years.
